The Indiana Family and Social Services Administration has introduced new ways to apply for public assistance, including through the phone or Internet.

Applications may be submitted online at:

click on: Apply for Benefits/Manage Your Benefits

Applications may be started over the phone (1-800-403-0864) and mailed to you.

Applications may be printed from the online application and completed by hand:
Go to:  www.in.gov/fssa
Click:  Apply for Benefits/Manage Your Benefits

Select your county

Click: Start Here (or click: Version en Espaņol for Spanish)

Click:  Apply for Benefits

Select program(s):  TANF, Food Stamps, Health Coverage

Enter name and address of applicant

Click:  Print Application

Applications may also be completed in a local DFR office.
