Medicaid Waivers allow Medicaid to provide home and community based services to children and adults.   Parental income and resources are disregarded when determining eligibility for a child.

CHOICE provides state funded, home care services.  The toll free number will connect you with your local Area Agency on Aging -- the point of entry to apply for CHOICE services.
