Indiana's guidelines for Medicaid eligibility are provided in the ICES Policy Manual. The manual also provides information regarding Hoosier Healthwise, Food Stamps, Burial Assistance and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF). ICES is the eligibility system used by the 92 Local Offices of Family and Children and the Hoosier Healthwise Central Enrollment Unit to determine eligibility for these programs.
