Blueprint for Change 

The Blueprint for Change is designed to build a successful system that empowers people to shape their own future, nurtures and creates natural systems of support, and strengthens the foundation of publicly funded services for those who need those supports. Please read the report, share it with others, and be a part of change by joining The Arc in this important effort.

Purpose Aligned Leadership Series

This multifaceted workshop series will focus on leadership opportunities for individuals and groups, aligning learning to purpose:purpose of individual and purpose of the organization. Designed to be action packed, the workshops will use experiential learning, assessments, case studies, and application exercises; and will target individuals at all organizational levels, as well as those who wish to deepen their personal and professional growth.  Eight one day workshops in all, beginning February 17 and ending June 1.  Attend just one workshop, the whole series, or a combination that meets your needs and interests.

Michelle, who was born with cerebral palsy, works for First Steps in Lafayette, Indiana. Her goal is to become a television news anchor. Michelle is moving toward achieving her dream by working with The Arc of Indiana to produce her show, "A View from My Window."
