Yet some individuals with disabilities and families have concerns about working in the community. In this session, Andy Kirby, Executive Director of The Arc Foundation will discuss the importance of community employment and the resources available to assist people with disabilities in their employment goals. We will discuss the services and supports available through agencies such as Vocational Rehabilitation Services and the Department of Workforce Development.
