The Family and Social Services Administration has submitted new waiver plans and amendments to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services that will make changes in Indiana's Medicaid Waivers. Public Comments can be submitted through February 16. In this webinar we will talk about how to submit public comments. We will also talk about how to share your story about how these changes will impact your family.

Ask the Arc – Waiver Changes: Transitioning from the Aged & Disabled Waiver to the Health & Wellness Waiver

Indiana has submitted a new proposal to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to transition individuals age 59 and younger who are currently on the Aged and Disabled Waiver to the Health and Wellness Waiver. In this session, Cathy Robinson, associate director of the division of disability and rehabilitative services, and Holly Wimsatt, director of the bureau of disabilities services, will discuss the proposed changes.
