Support Not Supplant: How to Use Supported Decision Making to Improve the Quality of Life for Those with Disabilities

ADEC and the Goshen College School of Social Work is hosting a presentation on guardianship and Supported Decision Making.  The presentation will discuss the guardians’ responsibilities, best practices for guardianship, and the use of Supported Decision Making as a tool to use to increase self-determination and independence among individuals with disabilities, regardless of Protected Person status.

 

* Attendance at this session qualifies for one free Ethics CEU from the Social Work program at Goshen College.
