Waiver Sign Up
The Lake County Parent Resource Group and Community Hospital – Fitness Pointe will join The Arc Advocacy Network to explain Medicaid Waivers and answer questions about waivers. We will have Bureau of Developmental Disabilities Services (BDDS) waiver applications available and help families fill out those applications.
Event takes place in Classrooms B and C.
