The Arc Advocacy Network will discuss Medicaid Waivers, different services available under the waiver, and ways individuals and families can maximize the services and supports they receive. Update - This event has been cancelled and will be rescheduled at a later date.

The Arc Advocacy Network will explain Medicaid Waivers and answer questions about waivers.  We will have Bureau of Developmental Disabilities Services (BDDS) waiver applications available and help families fill out those applications.  

The Arc Advocacy Network will explain Social Security disability programs, the process Social Security uses to make a disability determination, and steps families can take to make this process easier.

The Arc Advocacy Network will discuss how to build natural and community supports to increase community involvement, extend and supplement services, and improve quality of life and discuss how to integrate them into a self-advocate's life.
