Expanding Your Talent Pool – Disability Inclusion in Manufacturing

The Arc of Indiana is the state’s leading advocacy organization for people with developmental disabilities. We are working to be part of the workforce shortage solution through our postsecondary vocational training programs at Erskine Green Training Institute. We know there are 100k+ people with disabilities who want to work and can and should be working. Join us for a virtual presentation highlighting our recent efforts to connect this new talent pipeline to the frontlines of manufacturers across the state.
