HELP! I Have to Choose a New Case Manager. What Do I Do?!

Recently, BDDS announced that it selected six case management organizations (CMO) to provide waiver case management services beginning January 1, 2022. Individuals and families with a case management provider other than the six that were selected have been notified and need to choose a new case management provider.  Individuals and families must choose a case management provider from among the six CMOs by December 14, 2021.

Many people aren’t sure what to do or how to choose a new case manager and time is running out.  Join The Arc of Indiana and Self-Advocates of Indiana to learn more about changes to case management services, how to choose a new case management company, and what families and self-advocates need to do next.
