Nationally, Easterseals changes the way the world defines and views disability by making profound, positive differences in people’s lives every day. Locally, Easterseals Arc of Northeast Indiana carries out that purpose by helping people with intellectual and developmental disabilities succeed at home, at work, and at play. Easterseals Arc offers broad range of services including employment services, day programs, residential services, recreation, respite, and support in the community and at home.

The Indiana Institute on Disability and Community (IIDC), Indiana’s University Center for Excellence in Disabilities, has fostered a foundation of excellence for community investment in developmental disabilities since 1970. Our mission is to work with communities to welcome, value, and support the meaningful participation of people of all ages and abilities through research, education, and service. Our work crosses the lifespan and is conducted across seven centers and an Indiana University disability-focused library accessible to all state residents.

Indiana Professional Management Group (IPMG) is Indiana’s preeminent statewide provider of case management and care management services for participants in the state’s Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Medicaid Waiver program, and wraparound facilitation services for participants in the Child Mental Health Wraparound program. IPMG utilizes person-centered planning based on the core belief that all people have the right to live, love, work, play and pursue their life aspirations.
